  i went to bed at 1am but don't know what time i fell asleep, bocos had coffee at 9pm last nite.
  
  woke up at 9:30am and went to library straight away w/o bf.
  
  after that went to town to buy phone card and had lunch.... yum yum.
  
  last nite only had biscuits for dinner and this morning no bf...
