Hot-air balloon festival
The sky above Eastern France is being lit up with colour at the 9th Mondial Air Balloon festival. -
Thousands of hot-air balloonists are taking to the sky over a massive air base in Chambley. -
The teams come from all over the world to take part in an event that is held every two years and lasts for ten days. -
One of the participants fires up their balloon in preparation for take-off. -
As many as 300,000 spectators are expected to watch the event. -
