  especially those cream for the leg de when got cramp or stuff..
  
  i remb last time when i fren go play bball..he sure bring 1 tube along..very time cramp he use..
  
  or when slping sure got 1 beside..cos i stay at his house sometimes..last time ..
  
  halfway if cramp will use
  
  but use too much this kinda stuff..dont sound good lei...
