  and also...i getting anti with my class
  
  most of them are those lazy no good SOB

  Boh pian...sometimes it's like that in a group...coz not everybody is good at the same thing, but all must play their part in one way or another.

  So you need to take on the "parent" role in the group and guide them/discipline them to get into shape.

  There's this mgt theory thing called Transactional Analysis (if i rem correctly) - where each person takes on a child/parent and adult (?) mode at diff times.
