I asked abt the long waiting time and the chartering.. Well PTC said, SBS is expected to provide sufficient capacity, but they hope I can understand that events like Open Hse, demand for bus svs can surge at any time...
However, chartering is a pte biz bet SBS and the client, hence it should be no excuse that basic bus svs wasn't properly served since SBS would forgo the extra revenue and esp there's no constraint for buses since it's Weekend. -
