Actually Cable tv is sort of better imo. National geographic and discovery channel sure beats the boring shows on mioTv.
And again, the free movies doesn't change, for so long.
I agree SCV had better prog, but you gotta buy the whole package for at least $23+ (?) and we working folks really don't have lots of time to watch tv...so it's like wasted lor to pay so much. If they allow me to buy discovery or National Geog, then I would. -

After the subscription fee kicks in, its $16.05/mth + the fee for channels. One channel is around $4, which totals up to $20 a month for just for a channel.
Whereas for cable tv, for $24 you get to choose 3 basic groups, where a group has an average of 4 channels.
That's why imo Cable Tv is better be it in price or entertainment value. -
