details on ur lasik.
oh...it's a long story...but i will still say

basically, you will do a pre-lasik evaluation first...then after that, the doc will identify which type of lasik is suitable for u. Then u can ask all qns u want, then the doc will tell u the ans... he will also share with u what are the risks involved.
Then after that, u book a date for the surgery. (For me, the surgery is the day after the pre-lasik evaluation.)
On the day of surgery, you will first pay the fees(can pay by instalments) and u need to purchase the anti-biotic and eyedrops.
After that, you will be ushered to a waiting area for your turn to go into the operating theatre.
A few mins before u enter the ops theatre, the nurse will help u to put on surgical gowns and surgical cap. Then will use cotton ball with iodine and alcohol to wipe your eyelids and also the eyedrop to numb your eyeball.
After that, you will be on your way into the ops room liao.
Once inside, doc will ask u to lie down on the bed. He will align the bed so that your eye is in line with the path of the laser. He will ask you to keep staring at a red blinking light.
First of all, he will use a clear tape to tape your eyelashes so that it will not obstruct the way. After that, he will place a suction ring on your eyeball and use pressure to suck your eyeball and your vision will blackout for a while. After that, he will use a device to cut open the layer of cornea flap. (You will be able to see what is the doc doing cos your eyes are open

)
After which, once the flap is open(you can see the flap being cut open), the doc will ask u to keep staring at the red blinking light and don't look anywhere else liao cos this is the most crucial part as the laser will be shot.
After that, you will hear the sound of the laser liao...(piak piak piak...) the speed of the laser will change..starting is very fast rate...then after that, the laser will slow down as it nears completion.
After that, the doc will say laser 100% done. Then he will cover the flap back and use a surgical tool to even out the surface of the cornea to remove any air bubbles if any and he will place a 0-degree contact lens on the cornea so as to protect the cornea flap.
After that, the clear tape is removed and he will proceed to the nxt eye liao..
After both eyes are done, you will be able to see things without your glasses liao but the images are very hazy. Just need to go home and sleep and nxt day will be clear vision liao

The nxt day, you will need to go back for evaluation. Then the doc will check your cornea and remove the 0-degree contact lens for u.
That's about all. Then the doc will schedule a second evaluation for u to go back for checkup.
