I have a naughty cat down my block. It slept on my parent's car, sleeps on the road divider line when cars are passing it and it doesn't give a damn. I really want to raise this cat becasue it has cat-racter.

One thing cats hate showers. Every time I prepare the shampoo, they are hiding somewhere. Baiting also won't come out.
