1) Members who wish to apply, please fill up application form here, stating the preferred position.

2) Members have to await the gathering of the council for a council vote before he/she is elected. Of course, veto powers are given to certain personnel Mr. Green

3) Any members who wish to relinquish/step down/abdicate/commit suicide have to seek the council's vote before any action is to be take Mr. Green
