My experience:
Yes, I have attempted fisting on my partner. However, attempt failed. It is not easy getting past the knuckle part. Did my research before I tried it. In order to relax, my partner slept it thru the exercise with occasional wake-ups due to pain. I just stop to allow her to ride out the pain before I continue. Anyway, managed to get all 5 fingers in, almost passing the knuckle, but exercise failed. Did not want to force it thru, as adviced by all the material that i read. Spent more than an hour trying though.
Did not give up after the 1st time. Allowed partner to rest a few days.. Yes, she complained that it hurts the next day. So, a few days of rest for both of us :( before I tried again.
After a few failed attempts, I call it quit. My conclusion is not every girls can be fisted and due to the after effect (pain the following days), I see it not worth it. May be one day I would find a partner which would go all the way with me ;)
As for experience, all i can say is the feeling is just great-exciting! From one finger to 2 to 3 and then 4 and finally 5 fingers (too bad the knuckle just wont pass thru). Yes, lots of lubricant and patience. I have to add though, after more than an hour with wet-lubed fingers in a tight grip, the fingers can wear out (tire, I mean) a lot.. So, not only do you need lots of lub and patience, you need strong fingers too ;)
My final words on this, pls do research... lots of research before you try this.Other points to check - make sure you have very clean hand/fingers and super duper short nails too.
