Any idea where to get ribbed condoms ?

  I once went to japan and got this ribbed condoms that I used and my partner was like screaming and moaning crazily when we did it. I try and search for the same one in singapore but could not be found. Is it because all condoms have to go through hsa testing before they can be sold in singapore?
