It's just the same love type as straight people, but sometimes there are just some people don't understand and make a joke about it!

From what I know, whether a person is gay or not, depends on their genes. It's the same as why some person likes to eat durian and some hate durian... it's a preference thingy, and it just happens that such things is a sensitive issue so...
I mean in some countries because eating pork is a sensitive issue, so if you do certain things about that, it's offensive to other people... in other words, what i am trying to say is... whether something is sensitive or not depends on the culture of that group of people.... that group can be a country or a sub culture etc...
Example, if an ah gua walk pass a Singaporean, the singaporean may react in an unforgiving manner, but if you go to, say Thailand, it's their way of life.
Why do you care so much about what others think? It's your life. Are you going to live your whole life based on the opinions of others?

If you're gay, simply embrace it. You're you and that's what matters. Fact is you can't please everyone and why on earth would you even bother ? Do you really want to be around people who feel threatened by gay guys ? It's 2012, we really need to progress.

It's no big deal, and I think they should be treated just as bad as anyone else.

In my opinion, if one admits that he is gay, the person has a storng sense of mind. Gay people are no different than others. They too have a heart, like the same things as others. My friend is gay and I have no problem with that. I feel sorry for those who cannot understand the meaning of "gay" and treat it as an abnormal condition. But hopefully those times will be gone soon! :D

gay is just the sexual orientation..
The difference is only on the prefferences.. which are straight people desired for the cross gender, but gays are with the same gender.
But eventually, gays are just the same human being as straights.
