Dish is Oyster Honey Chicken Wing...basically just need to marinate the chicken wings in honey, oyster, dark soy sauce and sesame oil and then put it inside the oven for 30 minutes at temperature 220 C, but I did all that and it didn't cook until more than an hour later...Originally posted by Gackt247:U need me to teach u or not, ah mei ah?

coz heat will escape when you open it...
then oven not hot enuff liao... -

Did u prepare the oven until it's 220 C before u put in ur chicken. The 30min is juz a guideline. There's always factors tt makes the timing off. If r an exp BBQ cook u'll know tt chicken wings r unpredictable ingredients.
