not stupid, but embarrassing.
I was attending a meeting when the song was played over the office radio and it made me recall about my past relationship. Tears started to follow and I have to excuse myself from the meeting. -

i called my friend's house.. 1st thing i ask him is.. "where are you?" -

I tried committing suicide when I was 18. I thought I was in love with a 28 yr old woman that I worked with. Things weren't going the way I liked so I thought I didn't want to live.(actually I was going to teach her a lesson...pretty stupid huh?) I took my .22 rifle and drove out to the hills near home. I pulled off the road, put the muzzle against my chest where I thought my heart was and pulled the trigger....the safety was on....I clicked it off and did it again. It went off and went completely through and out my back, through the door panel and broke the window. I sat there bleeding for a while and decided that I wasn't going to die. I managed to flag down a passing motorist who called paramedics. I spent 3 weeks in the hospital with a collapsed lung.
That would have to be the stupidest thing I've ever done. -

is there a .22 rifle?
