Gals cry in front of me? Pass them the tissue papers, lend them my shoulder, hug them (if they want to), console them, do whatever need to stop their crying. Then, treat them to a big sumptuous meal.

Get my shoulders warmed up, sayang the girl, comfort her and then bring her to a bench, sit down and let her cry on my shoulder. If have the chance then i'll hold her in my arms and let her cry until she sleeps.
