In my uni e-mail.....
It's an open invitation for a study of sleep deprivation. In essence, 27 hours of no sleeping and they'll study you and your responses, I guess.
To compensate your lack of sleep, a token of 100 bucks will be awarded.
Will you do this thing?

I think is you just lie somewhere in a room and then not sleep at all. Cause they say the study will be conducted inside a FMRI room. So, I don't think you can do anything you want inside.Originally posted by shinta:yes!

No doubt the money is good, sitting there doing nothing.
But bear in mind that the time you waste is 2 days not 1 as you need to recuperate. -

For an hour, I just needed to lie down on the bed, then they strapped thise brain scan thing to my head, then put me inside something that looks like the one they had in the hospital (when you had your brain scanned, they will put you into this sort of err..."container") so I just need to breathe in and out, then stop and hold my breath when they told me to
A bit uncomfortable la, and the space was very narrow...so a lot of girls pulled out while being "confined" so the professor in charge of the experiment was very happy I completed the whole process...he even offered to drive me back -
