There were drugs all over the place where it is easily accessible... so I went round exploring the huge arena of medications until I came to this box with three letters on it, DDA...
I didn't know what it was, but it certainly has a keyhole and a key attached to it... As soon as I opened it, the alarm triggered and the chief pharmacist ran over like a robber was chasing him...
Got scolded until my hair dropped...
If you have sufficient sleep and rest throughout the day, sleeping at any particular time, which is considered late or amkongchiau by others is not an issue of not healthy...Originally posted by DriftingGuy:Oh ya i have a question:
Is it true that sleeping after 12 midnight is bad? If I sleep at 4 am and wake up at noon, I still get 8 hours sleep right? Will I fare better or worse versus someone who sleeps at 10 pm and wakes up at 6 am? I mean both physically and mentally
Yeah... that is true... but I may not know that much towards the content... suffice to know that they are not 100% pure...Originally posted by DriftingGuy:![]()
Don't want to scare people here.. but pharmaceuticals aren't exactly pure you know.. they contain other.. chemicals
Hmm... ok thanksOriginally posted by renorenal:If you have sufficient sleep and rest throughout the day, sleeping at any particular time, which is considered late or amkongchiau by others is not an issue of not healthy...
There is no faring of better or worse as well in terms of physical or mental health unless you are rudely awakened in your duration of sleep by an external stimuli or an internal stimuli (depression - intermittent insomnia).
The good thing of sleep is that it can revitalize one's body rapidly... for example if you don't sleep for 22 hours in a day, it doesn't mean that it has to take more than 22 hours of sleep to help you get back to where you are... It actually requires less than half...
