Yeah... the worry is wet wound... but I doubt your wound is that deep, if it's superficial, it is ok with some antiseptic... it will go off by itself, but will take naturally several weeks (give and take 2+ weeks)...
Don't go put Dettol lar... it's more like for bathing and stuffs... nowadays, not very useful against these bacteria, as they have already developed resistance against it...
Just like our mosquitoes and our avian flu virus... -

It depends on the method of abortion procedure carried out... so far the only one available is Dilatation and Currettage (or more commonly known as D&C)...
The competency of the person doing it is very important... if some of the conception products is left behind, this can lead to sepsis and also blood coagulation disorders...
The second most important side effect or implication would be local injuries (cervical tear, vaginal trauma or uterus trauma during insertion of the instruments)... -

btw doctor so bad arh? most of the time i know see those cannot make it one but then once in a while got pretty ladies do strip show for you to see also right? -
