a cust came in and complained that his phone can't be used...we found out that it's because he didn't charge the battery. when we told him the problem, his reply was:

another guy came in before with this whole list of complaints about his phone. my colleague took one look at it, opened the phone and put the sim card in the right way...the guy went..."oh." -
