Even though the govt has banned firecrackers, there are still kids in the kampong who will invent their own and end up in the hospital with no fingers and toes, and their parents would then ask for money from others... of course, it is not their kid's problems, it's just that their kids happened to be there during that time when others are playing the crackers...
Another more common case is that underage children riding their parent's motorbikes here and there without crash helmets and also end up in the wards... -
