Actually every drug that when eaten in large quantities will kill what... not just panadol... thats why all drugs are labelled "poisons" -

but i thought manufacturers vary the content of their products frm country to country. eg. medicines for 3rd world country n less 'pure' and contains many impurities. Another example would be cigaratte. Cigarattes sold in 3rd world countries can contain at least 300% more tar than in 4th world ones -
