Refer to Dermatologist...
They will tell you more of the findings rather than the methodology... the methodology relies more on the dermatologist...Originally posted by hisoka:i think pathologist bah since the biopsies are to be taken for histological testing
dear metlz??
kkz then i ask how to differentiate a low grade and high grade dysplasia lor. always see those terms and dunno what they mean oneOriginally posted by renorenal:They will tell you more of the findings rather than the methodology... the methodology relies more on the dermatologist...
All the specimens will be sent to them for interpretation...
But on the other hand, they may have a little bit information on these...
Steroid in fact helps in the maturity of the lungs during pregnancy, and has become a treatment for people undergoing premature labor before 34 weeks of pregnancy. Such medications are termed IM Dexamethasone or IM Betamethasone... In fact, most of the hormones secreted during pregnancy are steroid related endogenously... I don't really see this as a condition to be passed on...Originally posted by LinYu:Dear Doc,
my mum has alot of medical problems and she claim it heditary. She is afraid it will pass on to me therefore she always update me her conditions.
1. During her pregancy, she developed ezema problem and was given steriod. she was worried that the steriod has an impact on me as I also don't seems to be healthy.
2. She has sinus problem every morning and seems to develop this problem too. Is there a permanent cure? Is it related to the food she eat?
3. She has asthma attack whenever we go to cold country during winter.
4. Are all these problem heditary? She is afraid of passing it on to me and has been feeding me all sorts of health food, organic food etc.
Please advice.
Sometimes taking too much of these may cause a bad impact on your health rather than helping you boost up your immunity...Originally posted by LinYu:4. Are all these problem heditary? My ear is very painful, there's something growing in it, then wear hearing aid very painful when take out and put in...there would be intermittent pain when i leave it alone but when i apply antisceptic it will be gone..now the only pain is when i touch it...but still a little pain coz the hearing aid is touching it...
its not the inner ear but the outer ear(flap)...the pain happen a few weeks backOriginally posted by renorenal:Do you noticed any fever, ringing sounds in the ear and discharge?
How long has this been happening?
Also, did this happened before or after you started wearing hearing aid?
You may be suffering from otitis media (an inflammation of the middle portion of the ear)...
The flap? Which part? The lobby part or the upper part?Originally posted by ceecookie:its not the inner ear but the outer ear(flap)...the pain happen a few weeks back
Kindly answer the questions above to help me understand your problem...Originally posted by ceecookie:its not the inner ear but the outer ear(flap)...the pain happen a few weeks back
I believe you are suffering from a condition called habitual cough...Originally posted by CoolMyth:Dear Doctor,
I did try to drink plain water in order to "thin" my phlegm, but why is it that sometimes, I feel even more inclined to cough and spit/vomit out my phlegm?
Is it because I have drank too much?
Your patient
You meant your hearing?Originally posted by ceecookie:The cause is unknown..i was born 1 month premature and develop a fever a few days later....the fever might be the cause..
Wah the problem dun go that far...i think it might be a pimple or something inside...and i cant do anything coz its very painfulOriginally posted by renorenal:You meant your hearing?
Ok... do you have any other related problems, such as visual problems, heart problems or any gastrointestinal problems?
Do you know why you were born 1 month premature?
Did your mom's forewater rupture spontaneously on its own during that time (36 weeks) or it has to be artificially ruptured because of your mother's ill-health...
I want you to do something for me as I don't have a visual on your current condition... Look into the mirror, and have a good look at the hump, use a pen torch if possible and tell me what you see... is it reddened?Originally posted by ceecookie:
The affected area is around the arrow..and its like a hump and painful
You mentioned your hearing problem... so I figured that since you said it happened from birth, I wanted to rule out the congenital causes of your hearing...Originally posted by ceecookie:Wah the problem dun go that far...i think it might be a pimple or something inside...and i cant do anything coz its very painful
