  just do an "edit" or "quote" on my post timestamped 04:09am to have a looksee
  
  anyway, to post pictures, it's the same way... host the pic somewhere, get the address or in a website, you right click, find the properties and copy the address..
  
  then put them in between [ i m g ] and [ / i m g ] (without the spaces)

  nah I have recently got rid of junk food in my room and have tried to keep my vow to not have any of them...so I will not eat too much of them...
