strangely, it's empathy... they feel for you.. and care enough to do that...
it's a positive thing.. they hope you will feel better... and are willing to share the load... if only you will let them lighten your load... and in the end, trust me... they feel fare better than before if you become better...
if you bottle it up, they will know somehow... and sooner or later, will become estranged... because you do not trust them enough to share..
loads shared becomes lighter...
