  I had the fortunate experience of seeing a gal I like waking up and for some reason or another, I found her more attractive than normal.
  
  Hence, I had this hypothesis, chio gals are those who look chio even after they just woke up.
  
  2nd answer: When gals finished their shower.
  
  Well, smells nice. Smells fresh. Smells good.

  Hmmm I feel gals look more chio when they have the 'lost' look sometimes... For example when they really need ur help and they trust you to help them... They look at you with hope and big and cute eyes
