Glad to hear that although I must say my dear sister cannot cook to save her life. Tried teaching her to fry a fish once....she was so scared of the hot oil that she stood 3 feet away and threw the fish into the wok like she did at netball. my mum still dun let me cook fish.. the last time i tried, i set the whole wok on fire.

OT a bit.
I finally made ham and chowder tortallini on tuesday.Sad to say, there was not enough melted cheese and salt.The texture of the pasta was just right, but it tasted pretty mild.Lesson learnt.Will go back to simple chicken slices, creamy cheese and bacon next time.
Hmm.So now I deem myself qualified in
1.Penne Bolognaise
2.Tortallini Ham and Chowder
3.Cajun Chicken Chops
but Asian food, I'm just plain lousy.
