  its like i dream i was doin sth... then few days later.. i did exactly wat i dreamt..hence the feelin of deja vu sets in. Always happen.

  n sumtime wen i realiz im doin wat i dreamt..i try to change/break pattern by bein a smartass n do sth diff...
  
  and after i did that..i feel so deja vu...cos my dream has predicted i wud try to be a smart ass

  REM sleep reduces into the morning, and lesser into one's life...
  tatz y older adults are more of light sleepers than babies...
