alot of things going thru my mind..was awake till 6! then had a ****** hahah..then managed to sleep...woke at ten...shucks..lay in bed till eleven plus..still cant sleep...might as well..wake.. -
Well, people who take regular naps are more productive than those who sleep few hours straight.
on the downside..ppl who take naps look older n less ....appealin
