  And noticed the usual plate of rice and a fried fish fillet went up from the already expensive 2.20 to 2.50.

  I have to spend almost 3 bucks to have a filling meal.
  
  My friends at other schools tell me that they only need to spend 1/3 of what ii spend to have a filling meal.
