more memorable ones were when i woke up crying..when i dreamt of my late grandma..it was horrible though..funny no one dreams bout her in the family except me..
at most think i will jerk when about to fall asleep..tatz when i v tired, but mind still v active -

snoring actually is bad for health..
usually there's a high possibility of sleep apnea when you snore... and snoring taxes the heck outta your heart..
i snored like a buzzsaw once.. due to my abnormally huge tonsils.. caused obstructive sleep apnea too...
after removing my tonsils (with a lot of complications due to their large size and my allergy to certain antibiotics), i sleep better and don't snore

for me, i may not laugh or cry when i wake up... but sometimes, i would wake up for a while longer then started crying..

talking about this, my organisation made everyone go to this "service quality" camp where we had to stay in some ulu place in seletar..
well, no one slept except one dude..
he was snoring so loud that we could not sleep.. and he was in the OTHER ROOM!
