  more like they are ignoring the emails...cos last time my frens sent similar emails to them but they never replied...in the end had to call them...

  And because of the heavy workload I am forced to not be able to take up the classes I really want to take, like French and tap dancing
  
  And I have to call my sponsor to tell them I want to take the online class, because the normal version of that class schedule clashes with another class I want to take...
