his medication is one drop twice a day
and he got better for a while.. then deteriorated today
i do hope you will feel better soon..
last week i was kinda out of whack too, not well yet not sick... went to see a chinese physician... she stuck 4 needles in me and i almost passed out coz the "qi" or whatever "suddenly went flooding through" and i sat there and perspired for half an hour in an airconditioned room...
then she rubbed the heck outta some points in the back and stuck 6 vacuum bottles on my back creating 6 purple circles
felt so all right immediately that i went bowling..
could try alternative therapies... it worked for me.. -
havent seen reno ard...

haven't seen reno around either.. i think he's really busy with his stuff now.. -

din get to sleep last night..
reach home at 4am from work..then cant sleep till 7am, went to sch... -

yeah.. somehow, the body kinda overheats like that when you don't have enough sleep.. or the correct time..
poor you..
do rest when you can.. and if can, try to drink some american ginseng tea.. it's good stuff for you when you're feeling like this... -
