  me ar..dunno tummy still bloated..can still feel e heatiness
  threw up abit yest..or was it e night before..but no fever or watsoever..
  
  lots of gas...

  what u need is some of those stomache cleansin tea. Its real powerful. No recommened to be taken before going shopping or anywhere where toilet is not available. YANG SHEN CHA. thats the one.. its BRUTAL! but works..

  drinking alot of water..but...seems like not all e water is passed out..
