  it's not a recipe...
  
  it's about greed and what goes on in the US...
  
  in the past, butchery was a skill...
  
  now with feedlots, and cheap unskilled labour, the meat packing plants do not use butcher anymore.. they use unskilled labour who are told to "cut here and here, push the carcass to the next person"
  
  and the speed of the conveyor belts do not slow down even if the labourer fall behind...
  
  at a crucial stage, where the innards are taken out, the stomaches of a cow (they have 4 stomaches) are bloated with gas which comes from digestion.. when the stomach explodes, showering everything with cow dung, the processing line is NOT stopped and the carcasses are not washed...
  
  they are sent to be ground up into hamburger... and there, you get your faeces...
  
  the meat packing plants are all also filthy and disgusting.... that's where you get your salmonella and e-coli..
  
  i've not even gone into Mad Cow Disease...
