Alternatively, cut off communications from the world. Let only relatives contact you. I don't like people tracking me, so I don't have many communications items on me. That make communications hard and of course lessen your distractions so you can study. Go another place to study also. Don't go common hunts. -

I have been trying to cut out contacts with these ppl la...cos they always manage to lower my self esteem somehow one, and make me feel like a failure.
Sigh, I want to go other place to study with my group members, but the place I usually go to is the most convenient one for all of us, don't want to trouble my group members just cos I want to avoid these "scums" -

maybe this is retribution to me la...cos I admit when I was in high school, I used to feel quite arrogant about my success...
Now I know what it is like to feel helpless...and it is also one of the reasons why I want to become a teacher next time and help out the students who are distressed about the things they don't know how to solve... -

But I guess this is reality. This is usually how I get back at them. Those smart friends of mine find it funny, but I just don't care. I ask them go do it. They say impossible. Then I retort back: "You are not smart at all". After that, they leave me alone. Your real friends won't do it. -
