we never got to do anything before today, because the assignment was only released yesterday afternoon -
The e-mail doesn't portray the anger that you are having. You shall directly request your partner be removed from your project.
If I were some tutor and I see "what suggestion....?" I'll say "Just stick with him etc etc etc".
