bolognaise sauce...
olive oil and finely mashed garlic... lots of tomato puree...
whatever the heck herbs and spices you can find... rosemary, thyme and some basil is good... add...
minced beef...
if you're making a pot of the sauce, pour in about 1/2 bottle of full-bodied red wine..
simmer.. stir... for about a couple of hours..
grate cheese into it if you want to..
ladle over spaghetti... grate more parmesan cheese over it...
