  Cyclists also cycle everywhere. At Bishan Park lagi worse. Got skaters also. And I am used to riding fast. The skaters are the worst. Skate as if the whole park is theirs. Go from cycle track to the joggers track and back and at very fast speed, some faster than bikes. Bikers are Bishan Park are ok, most of them follow rules.

  here, only one track... shared by skaters, cyclists, joggers and walkers....
  
  families MUST walk about 4 or 5 abreast and block everyone
  
  joggers jog everywhere when the outside part of the path is supposed to be their side...
  
  a lot of them like to "be trendy" and wear all black so no one can see them
  
  feel like smashing into a few people in order to make a point

  this dude was going VERY fast, on a bike with no lights, no reflectors, nothing! and he was wearing a dull dark blue shirt with black shorts.. and dull shoes... how to see him like that? almost smashed into him head-on!
