there was once where we went for night cycling,
i got check the brakes before we started, and realized i can actually roll the bike even when i fully press the right hand brake..(rear ones i suppose?)
then on e roads, i had to stop, but e rear brakes weaker than e front, i lost my seating when i pressed both of the brakes... -
Not too sure for rear brakes, but never apply pressure on rear brakes when going at high speed because you can fly off, literally. Minor cases just fall off the bike.

my brakes are like that
i need to go adjust the rear brakes but i can't be bothered to
some more, my bike is "downhill" so right brakes = rear brakes -

Most riders i observe during those community centre rides, they dont modulate the brakes, they all jiam brake one, riding ettiquette also not good, safety hazard to all on the road. -
