Let you see my explantion for not wanting a new team.
In my own opinion, I think we should not have. My reason? A very biased reason. I am very resistant to changes. I am always very happy with the present situation I am in, until the next term starts. I am rather conservative with my thinking, so a lot of changes within a short period of time will disrupt my learning. Changing of team may seem to be a small change, but a change of team mates within a team is a big change. I may be working with 4 different team mates, which to me, means adapting to 4 different team mates styles. Unless by coincidence, all 4 of my team mates are the same as one of the modules. -
