  this week, the Inverted V was new.. where you go on hands and knees, then life your knees, straighten back and try to get your heels on the floor also in an inverted V shape...

  then go buy some ant poison to destroy the whole nest..
  
  it's little packs of beige granules.. if the ants don't eat the stuff, just drop some sugar into the thing, drop some water onto it to make the sugar dissolve into the granules...
  
  the stuff is a slow acting poison and will kill the queen ant..
