Mine happened at Police Academy. My friend was small size like me, the gun backfired and hit the officer instead. But he wasn't seriously injuried. Phew... -

well, gun safety is always the first priority.Backfiring could be due to a loose chamber clip, or improper loading of rounds.
But I'm not too familiar with revolvers.. but if a rifle backfires, the entire charging handle assembly could fly out, but no chance of the bullet hitting anyone. -

I think she meant that the cadet couldnt handle the recoil n prolly lost control of the revolver. cos backfrie in a revolver is pretty uncommon, unless ur talking about chambeer explosion. which is also highly unlikely. Btw, NPCC, SPF, CNB, Prisons, ICA, Customs agents all share the same range at tracom.
For the SPF only has 3 ranges. One at the old PA (closed. now moved to the new HTA) second at Mount Vernon camp, home of the gurkhas. third at Seccom HQ. Toa Payoh. Previously VSC HQ. -
I'd have built a 15m range in my front yard then but the neighbours would be able to see.
