  some types of headaches, no painkillers will work.. got to get at the source...
  
  if tension, gotta use muscle relaxants...
  if migraine, gotta use cafegot or caffeine...
  
  if other headaches, a over-the-counter painkiller will suffice..

  hate tension headaches. can drown panadols and nothing will work.
  
  try to get some sleep alfajie? but considering sometimes sleep makes it worse..

  It's not vomit inducing, it's the dizziness that will induce nauseous and vomit after that.
