okay... not going to get greasy food anymore...
went to raid the fridge.. found some cake.. ate 2 slices.. found some mini-cornettos, ate 2...
now not hungry anymore.. not filled up but better than starving

Like that very hard to help. Since it's scanning, don't remove it. If it's zipped file, it can be opened. Open it and see what's inside. -

It depends on what is inside the temporary folder. Usually nothing, can just delete. But delete after scanning. If not, something will go corrupted. And temporary folder is one place where everything can go wrong. -
