for dessert, i have always been partial to yam paste..
i had that last night during the wedding dinner.. but i didn't like that version... they put corn, gingko and coconut milk in it..
the good stuff which is traditional, they put pumpkin, and rendered lard with shallots mixed into the yam paste.. that version is YUM!
