Well, nowadays, have or don't have also doesn't matter, the UT client (a program to do test) that they created is one of the most useless programs ever. We used to do tests just using Firefox or IE, now they give us a program that can't connect to the school network.
Paper test = better because can copy. And they can't prevent the use of infrared.
Answers fly faster through infrared than copying. -
