  No news yet, latest is that they are still discussing, in fact, it's likely that Singnet could be the ISP, according to the news, as they are heavily involved, especially the testing of new technologies.

  hmm, my concern is the National Broadband Plan and it's real objective.
  
  It's a good thing to offer free wireless, but you and I know that nothing really comes for "free"
