keep the formal replies even if they say yes... and if they say they are doing something and still there's no change, go to the next level... but stick to the protocol... because it shows that you have tried to go through the proper channels and have done your due diligence.. they haven't...
then that way, they don't have a stand.. and they will be forced to do their duty and upgrade the system...

we do stuff really really fast.. and are damned efficient...
however, the other agencies we work with... less than bad..

and i been closing the wrong windows, downloading the wrong file and the i/r adapter been cranky..d/c halfway through file sending
