  that's Nitrous Oxide or N2O

  mix in finely ground carbon into molten paraffin wax.... turn it into a "tube" by allowing it to solidify in a tube with another tube inside... so you get a cylinder of paraffin wax...
  
  ignition with a lot of pressurised N2O as a oxidising agent, will cause explosive combustion...

  Seriously I don't know. I can't imagine parrafin wax as rocket fuel, they are just too far apart.
  
  Use N2O as oxidizing agent....

  RP last year also like that. A few weeks before NDP call up all the signers. At 3pm sign the pledge, national anthem and a song. Last until 5pm.
