  but methinks, i'll drop off earlier tonight...
  
  so much for my planned starting of my cycling routine again.. fatigue plus a wonky right knee.. the slightest pain on my right knee when i walk.. so probably give it a rest...
  
  oh yah... tomorrow is the first friday of the month... maybe i'll drop in at the church for holy hour tomorrow... it is balm for the soul
